Grilling is commonly used to cook chicken, mutton, beef, or seafood directly cooked on a grill or char boiler to produce a taste of charcoal in the flavours of the marinated meat. The cooking of the grilled meat can be done in 4 ways; rare, medium, medium well, and completely cooked. The best grilled meat is the one with juicy inside and medium crispy outside. It is served with sauce, boiled vegetables, and a bun.
