Salamander is available at Pakeeza Commercial Kitchen’s display centers in Lahore, Islamabad and Karachi.

Salamander is used to finished the food with brown skin or outer layer. It helps to achieve that crisp or medium brown outer layer. It is made with 22swg non-magnetic food grade stainless steel with ball valve to control heat. Gas or LPG can be used to operate Salamander.
