The Teppanyaki Plate is the special equipment for making Japanese Cuisine. It is made up of
18 swg non magnetic food-grade stainless steel. Food grade welding is done to protect
the welding area from corrosion.
Flat top mild steel plate is used which is in smooth finish. It is ball valved controlled with
center burner, due to which side area becomes cool zone and the cooking part remains in
