Shawarma Machine has a rotation motor to rotate at a slow speed to cook from three sides of the meat. Three burners cook meat equally from three sides and can be adjusted at desired levels. The meat is cooked slowly while rotating in front of the flame. The Shawarma machine is made of 22 swg non-magnetic food-grade stainless steel.
