Refrigerated Surfaces are good for displaying dishes of all sizes and shapes with the cold surface underneath. These surfaces are extremely good for live cooking or for fresh food items to be fresh for a longer period of time. Each model can use one side or both sides for serving. The light element is used accordingly.LED or Florescent light can be selected for neutral or cold areas. Halogen lamps can be used for areas with heat. These surfaces are good for the areas where self-service is allowed for the customers. There are six options available to choose from.
