PLEANETARY MIXER ( PL MODEL ) is available at our display centers in Islamabad, Karachi, and Lahore
Planetary mixer has single motor and a stationary bowl. They come in smaller countertop versions or large floor stand models. Standing models are the most suitable for commercial kitchens. As the name suggest planetary mixer’s agitator moves around the bowl like a planet. There are four types of attachments,
- Spiral for kneading dough.
- Whip for beating cream or cake batter.
- Beater for mixing icing.
- SCRAPER for gluey mixtures and cleaning the bowl.
