MELT MODE

Pre-heat function gradually rises temperature of oil or Solid / Semi solid shortening.

IDLE MODE

Automatically lowers oil temperature between periods of operation to save energy and extend oil’s life.

FILTRATION TRACKING PROMPT AND LOCKOUT

The Cooking Cycle history helps to control filtration frequency. Keeping a record of filtration will maximize the oil’s life.

PROPORTIONAL CONTROL

The over and underheating will cost oil damage. To prevent that maintaining the temperature balanced will extend the oil’s life. This will also help to control heat spikes and slow down at the recovery period.

LOAD COMPENSATION

The cooking time can be adjusted for a fresh load or frozen items. The proportional consistency of the products will maintain the quality of frying.

By controlling the load size the outcome of the cooking and quality frying will be maintained.
