Gas Indirect Heated Boiling Pan is made of AISI 316 stainless steel structure with the worktop that has the thickness of 20/10 mm.  Heating by a group of burners, safety valve control the temperature, thermocouple and pilot light. It is of the low-pressure steam generation in the series. It has rear hinged with balanced lid. It has 1 well with 270 ltr volume.
