Dim Sim Steamer has a seamless design with maximum efficiency. Extruded tabletop for good hygienic work conditions, and usability for a longer period of time. It is equipped with a water conditioner to prevent lime scale. The main flame is directly connected to the pilot burner and if the pilot burner fails to light up, the main flame will cut off in 30 seconds. It has a check on overheating so the protection device is attached, and the water level detection device is attached as well. The environmental features included as low CO emission (<0.05%), and reduced emission of CO and NOx during operation. The Drainage valve is attached for the water drainage to prevent lime scale. Standard accessories are seven holes plate with an S/S tray stand.
